It all began with an idea to create a multi-brand destination in Chicago of wearable clothes with a spotlight on global emerging talent. And in 2013, VMR was born.

Located on Chicago’s famed Oak Street, VMR was first to launch now established designers such as The Attico, Off-White, Palm Angels, Y/Project, Brandon Maxwell, Alex Perry and many more.
Founder, Tina Kourasis, was a lawyer for 15 years before opening VMR. With a historical knowledge of fashion, Tina wanted a space where clothes were interesting and the experience was unmatched.
